Wonderstruck by Brian Selznick

Beautiful illustrations and two intertwined stories make up Selznick’s bitter-sweet new novel, which comes out in September. While similar in style, I really can’t compare it to Hugo Cabret because it is so different. I don’t want to say more, because it would spoil the fun! I was so excited to nab this ARC at BEA in NYC this Spring and I finally had time to read it. Wonderstruck was worth the wait. Definitely on my September order for the Library!
