The Dead-Tossed Waves by Carrie Ryan

I listened to this on CD and I’m not sure if it was the girl’s voice that made me not like it as much or what. I did like it though, just not as much as the first one. And I found the character of Gabrielle to be a bit….irritating at times. But it was a good second installment and answered more questions about the world Ryan has created. And as in the first one, there is hardly time to relax before something else happens to change everything you’ve ever known! I think I will physically read the last one. 🙂
